Reading Blog- The Ancient World
The pages we read was about artifacts and history in Ancient India. I'll try to explain the artifact. First, there was this cart-thing with a normal clay pot on it. 2nd I saw a lapis lazuli bead. Lapis Lazuli is a dark blue beady thing. For History, this story told me that elephants were in Ancient India 3,000 years ago by the huge jawbone. I recommend you this exciting and resourceful book.

Short Stories Reflections (The Man In the Moon)
This myth told me to be thankful for what I already have. The Blacksmith wasn't feeling good about his job. So he decided to go to the wise man to change his job. The Blacksmith told the Wise Man I wanted to be a Stone, and then Stone Cutter, and then the Sun and then at last, the Moon. When The Blacksmith wanted to change in to a smith again, The Wise Man became weary of the Blacksmith's changing so he didn't let the wish come true.
This happened to me before. Once I went to this treacherous boat riding place, and first, I wanted the goose boat where you paddle and it goes, then I wanted the motor boat that had vast capacity. And then, I wanted the miniature wood canoe. Then right after I said all my wanted water transports, my parents chose a boat themselves while ignoring me. The boat they chose was a classic wooden Chinese boat. The boat was tiny and the driver blew cigarettes so I didn't enjoy the ride. From that time on, I learned to be thankful for what I have already.
